Company History
David Mooney establishes a boutique catering operation from a single custom-built offset smoker, serving neighbourhood events and small corporate luncheons across the greater Nashville metropolitan area.
Following recognition at the Tennessee State Barbecue Championship, the organisation secures its first long-term corporate catering agreements with mid-market financial and technology firms in the Nashville Gulch district.
The group formally launches its full-service event production division, enabling turnkey management of gala dinners, fundraising galas, and high-capacity seated events for up to 1,000 guests across Tennessee's premier venues.
Mooney Digital Hospitality Solutions is established as the group's proprietary technology arm, developing CRM infrastructure and gamified loyalty platforms designed specifically for the premium hospitality sector.
